Angleboard / Edge Protectors
- LEG LENGTHS: (1.5″ x 1.5″ to 4″ x 4″ – Total of 8″) Can supply product in flat pieces. Standard is the V-shape. Any length can be run from 1″ long to 240″. Product can be formed in an offset board (for example: 2″x6″). Offset max: 8″ total (can be under the 8″).

- Extra Strength (XS) High Performance is an innovation that allows us to supply a lesser thickness, but as strong as the conventional angleboard. Usually an 8% difference by using XS.

Paper Mover Pads
Paper Mover Papers – Product is used in the moving and storage industry and in the different manufacturing processes to protect the product during shipment.
Normal pad construction Kraft Paper on the two outer sheets, and then 2 or 3 plys of newsprint between the Kraft sheets for the inter plys.
Most common sizes, 48” x 72” and 60” x 72” with 2 or 3 plys of newsprint or filler paper for the inter sheets.

Large I.D. Convolute Cores
A convolute core is a paper core made from a single web of fiber wound around and onto itself until the desired thickness is achieved. This method of manufacturing allows for 100% glue coverage unlike the spiral method which has seams with no fiber bonding. This method combined with a premium fiber and a high solids glue makes for a significantly stronger core. We have the latest technology available using this manufacturing method. Hundreds of flat crush tests have proven that a traditional spiral wound core can be replaced with a thinner convolute core while providing equivalent or higher strength. Reducing resources consumed, lowering costs, and providing a lighter weight core for the operators to lift are just a few of the benefits of this technology.
