Custom Size Bags available

We are pleased to offer all sizes from our stock tin-tie and bakery bag line as custom duplex bags. In addition, we have some larger and longer bag options that are a great solution for chips, coffee, charcoal and a variety of other items. We have a variety of stock windows available or can work with you to develop custom window designs. Depending on your needs our duplex bags can be manufactured as two-ply paper/paper or paper/film.

Our on-hand raw stock for timely production includes a variety of basis weights and film structures including grease resistant paper, PLA and heat seal liners. We offer fair minimums and reasonable production times for these bags.

Multi-Wall Bag Features

• Made out of heavy kraft paper (one or two ply) with or without a gusset.
• Most common use is for shipping blue prints and any rolled paper items. They can be used to ship almost anything.
• 2-ply 70# bags are approved by the United States Postal Service, UPS and Fedex. They are preferred to mailing tubes because the bags will not roll on their conveyors.
